Invitation for Bids For Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment and Related Services

The Early Childhood Development (ECD) Coalition of Malawi is a membership-based organization dedicated to promoting the ECD agenda in Malawi. The Coalition is fully registered with the Malawi Government under the Trustees Incorporation Act (CAP 5:03). Its mission is to be a driving force for the provision of quality, accessible and holistic ECD services for every child between 0-8 years to attain his or her full developmental potential and envisions a society where every child develops full potential in their early childhood.

The ECD Coalition has received funding from the Tilitonse Foundation through the Civil Society Strengthening Fund, which is part of the Comic Relief and UK Aid Shifting the Power Programme. A portion of these funds has been allocated for the procurement of the following organisation’s ICT equipment:

Bids must be submitted to the address provided below no later than 28th October 2025. Electronic submissions will not be accepted, and late bids will be rejected.
