JOB TITLE: Human Resources Officer (1 Position)
RESPONSIBLETO: General Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Develop and implement Human Resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Oversee performance management systems and training programs
- Handle all labour related matters
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of labor laws and Human Resources best practices
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage confidential information
