Vacancy for Human Resources Associate
Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate HR Associate to support our employee lifecycle processes, with a primary focus on onboarding new hires and managing offboarding procedures. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth transitions into and out of the organization, while upholding compliance, confidentiality, and a positive employee experience.
The working hours for this role are from 3pm till 11pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation, background checks, and system setup
- Prepare and deliver orientation materials and welcome packages
- Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and benefits briefings
- Ensure accurate entry of employee data into HRIS systems
- Liaise with IT, payroll, and department heads to ensure readiness for Day One
- Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding items
Terminations
- Administer exit procedures including final documentation and benefits wrap-up
- Conduct exit interviews and compile feedback reports for HR leadership
- Process terminations in HRIS and notify relevant departments
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies during separations
- Support severance calculations and documentation where applicable
General HR Support
- Maintain accurate employee records and filing systems
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding onboarding, benefits, and offboarding
- Assist in policy updates and HR communications related to employee transitions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding/offboarding workflows
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 year of experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
