
Audit Consult (On behalf of an NGO)
Overview
Our client, a local NGO with affiliation to an International NGO, is seeking a Finance Assistant to support daily financial operations, record‑keeping, and general accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records, invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Enter transactions and support bank reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and audit documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team and liaise with vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in finance/accounting (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with QuickBooks or Sage is an advantage.
