Audit Consult (On behalf of an NGO)

Overview
Our client, a local NGO with affiliation to an International NGO, is seeking a Finance Assistant to support daily financial operations, record‑keeping, and general accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update financial records, invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable.
  • Enter transactions and support bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and audit documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team and liaise with vendors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in finance/accounting (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with QuickBooks or Sage is an advantage.
