ACG has been engaged to recruit on behalf of its client, Tambala Estate, a large-scale diversified agribusiness located in Mangochi, for the position of Finance and Administration Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and manage the estate’s financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial controls.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements.
  • Manage administrative functions, including procurement, records management, and office administration.
  • Supervise finance and administrative staff and provide leadership to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Prepare management reports and provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
  • Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure proper documentation and safeguarding of financial and administrative records.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in finance and administration, preferably in an agricultural or commercial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
