Position: ENTERPRISE SALES ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Profile and Main Purpose of the Job:
The Enterprise Account Manager will work within SimbaNET Sales Department and will report to the Head of Department Enterprise on daily activities. He/she will independently manage new customer acquisitions and all sales related activities. The main focus will be on Business Development and Sales for all revenue lines critically growth in monthly billable revenue from new customers. He/she will independently produce and manage quotations/proposals /tenders and will submit them to the Customer under the supervision of the Head of Sales, with the target being to close sales prospected business.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development for Enterprise Revenue Lines as per budgeted revenues
- Grow customer base through new customer acquisitions.
- Cross selling to existing customers with other products/services in line with their needs.
- Submit responsive business proposals, RFQs and Bid documents as required.
- Identifying and developing suitable prospects in the assigned accounts and sectors to approach for selling SimbaNET Products, Solutions and Services
- With the approval of HOD Enterprise, negotiate rates for proposed products and services with customers
- Ensure customers obtaining services from the company execute appropriate service agreements
- Follow up payments of customers after the first invoice has been raised as per policy
- To achieve agreed sales target within the specified time
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline that guarantees monthly sales targets are achieved
- To provide regular feedback from the marketplace on the effectiveness and suitability of the products and services and new product requirements.
- To prepare and submit periodic reports as required and directed by HOD Enterprise
- Offer support to other divisions such as CRM, Customer Support and Finance in facilitating collections, issue resolutions and up-sales.
Targets: Achieve the agreed Monthly Sales revenue targets.
Requirements:
- A degree in any Marketing and or Business Management, related field or Information Technology.
- Minimum of 4 years corporate selling experience in Telecommunications – ISP, PDNO, GSM operators, Resellers.
- Should have good knowledge of customer relations.
- Good knowledge of the Telecommunications Industry
- A good understanding of the Sales Management and Business Development
Required Competencies:
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to quickly grasp concepts, work under pressure, deliver & meet deadlines
- Must be self‐driven, motivated, enthusiastic, positive and pleasant individual who is result oriented
- Ability to interface and communicate effectively at all levels within a corporate environment
- Must be a team player and can demonstrate the ability to work with the various departments within the company to achieve the shared Vision
