Position: DIRECT SALES EXECUTIVES

Location: Blantyre/Lilongwe

Workforce Recruitment Services seeks to recruit for the following position on behalf of a Client.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve Site Targets on Fixed Wireless Access acquisition and fibre to home (FTTx).
Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas.
Canvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers.
Demonstrating product features to customers.
Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present company products.
Completing customers’ contracts and submitting them for processing.
Attending trade shows and other industry-related events to generate sales.
Completing regular sales reports specifying the number of sales made.
Ensure effective product merchandising in the trade
Daily reporting of direct sale sales performance and sales leads generated through salespitch logged in prescribed format
Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Feeding future buying trends back to management for efficient and effective planning.
Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.

2.  Know Your Customer

Collecting KYC details as well as biometrically registering the customer as per thecompliance guidelines provided by the company.
Confirmation that installation ticket is issued post KYC
KYC of customer to ensure bio data and KYC documents are captured after payment

Qualifications:

Diploma in ICT, Business Management or Certificate on any relevant field.
Experience in the related field
Minimum of 1-year work experience with a telecom or Internet Service Providers.
Experience in FDTX will be added advantage
