In this role, you will:

Be a Financial Coach: Work directly with clients to understand their businesses and tailor financial solutions.

Drive Economic Growth: Identify potential entrepreneurs in your assigned areas and help them access capital.

Manage Portfolios: Process loan applications, conduct assessments and ensure responsible lending.

Build relationships: Become a trusted advisor and pillar of support for our organization’s clients.

We are looking for someone who:

1. Has a diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, Social work or related field from a reputable institution plus some community work experience.
2. Is an excellent communicator and loves working with people.
3. Is self-motivated, team player, organized and results-driven.
4. Is passionate and has a genuine desire to help others succeed.
5. Is willing to learn and start a career with Crest Capital Finance Limited upon successful completion of the internship program.
6. Holders of a valid driving license will have an added advantage.
7. Age within the range of 25 and 30 is desirable.
8. Applicants MUST be living within Lilongwe.
