Chef, Beverage Specialist and Waitress

We are a brand-new café looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team! If you love food, drinks, and great customer service, we’d love to hear from you. We are currently hiring for the following full-time positions (6 days a week):

1. Chef
Location: Lilongwe, Area 47
Salary: Decent (Based on Experience)
Job Type: Full-Time (6 days a week)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a diverse range of menu items, including breakfast dishes, light meals, baked goods, and other café offerings.
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen.
• Assist with menu planning and inventory management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a café or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team.

2. Beverage Specialist 
Location: Lilongwe, Area 47
Salary: Competitive + Tips
Job Type: Full-Time (6 days a week)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages.
• Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other beverage-making equipment.
• Take customer orders, provide recommendations, and ensure excellent service.
  Maintain a clean and organized beverage station.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Barista and/or making smoothies and fresh drinks.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and smoothie recipes.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude.

3. Waitress
Location: Lilongwe, Area 47
Salary: Competitive + Tips
Job Type: Full-Time (6 days a week)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them efficiently.
• Keep tables and dining areas clean and organized.
• Ensure customers have a great dining experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a café or restaurant (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
