Position: Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst
Reports to: Head – Revenue Planning
Workforce Recruitment Services seeks to recruit for the following position on behalf of a client.
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The BI Analyst will be responsible for transforming data into insights that drive business decisions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders within Marketing department to understand their data needs, designing and building dashboards and reports, and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and understand key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Create and maintain documentation for BI solutions and data models.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and deep-dive analyses for various teams.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a BI Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
