BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AMBASSADORS
LILONGWE AND BLANTYRE
INTRODUCTION
Telekom Networks Malawi (TNM) is seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Ambassadors under Mpamba Ltd. This is a short-term contract position based in Blantyre and Lilongwe. The Business Development ambassadors will be responsible for the recruitment and activation of Salary Wallet Partners.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Identify potential salary-wallet partners.
- Pitch Salary Wallet value proposition to prospective employers
- Train employees on Salary Wallet usage.
- Manage relationships with partners.
- Develop weekly visitation plans for potential partners.
Educational and professional Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
- Sales and marketing skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales will be an added advantage.
