Position: Bakery Operations Manager

Reports To: Finance Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bakery Operations Manager to oversee daily bakery operations, ensure product quality, manage staff, and drive profitability and aligning operational performance with financial goals. This role reports directly to the Finance Director, ensuring strong cost control and profitability management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily bakery production and operations
  • Ensure consistent quality of baked goods
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Supervise, train, and schedule bakery staff
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
  • Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies
  • Control costs and maximize profitability

Requirements

  • Degree in Food Production, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in bakery or food production management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
