                                VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT (READVERTISEMENT)

Nkhoma University is an institution of higher learning accredited by the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE). The University has its head office at the heart of Lilongwe City, within Lilongwe CCAP premises, and has three campuses:  two at Nkhoma, 15km off Kamphata Trading Centre and another one at Chigoneka, Area 47. As the University is growing, it invites applications from qualified and suitable candidates for the position of Assistant University Registrar as below:

Position                                   :     Assistant University Registrar

Reporting                                :    University Registrar

Duty Station                            :    Nkhoma University Head Office – Lilongwe

Qualification                            : 

  1. A minimum of first degree in Education
  2. Post graduate qualification in any Management related field.
  3. At least 3 years work experience in managerial positions
  4. Those with post graduate qualifications in Quality Assurance or Quality Management will have an added advantage

 Overall responsibilities       

The overall duties and responsibilities of the incumbent will be to support the University Registrar in the coordination and management of academic records, academic policies, registration processes, examination schedules, graduation, teaching compliance, and overall academic service quality across campuses and faculties.
