VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

ADMINISTRATOR, ENTERPRISE APPLICATIONS (3 POSITIONS)
Reporting to the Manager, IT Applications and Support in the Information Services Division, the Ad-ministrator, Enterprise Applications is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting enterprise applications as the core enabler of enterprise business across various TNM products and services.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain all enterprise business applications to achieve performance objectives outlined in various Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
- Install, configure, and update enterprise business applications as needed, ensuring software licenses remain fully up to date and compliant.
- Configure, implement, and maintain enterprise products and services in accordance with approved change requests from commercial functions.
- Conduct systematic tests for enterprise products and services to ensure optimal availability, functionality, and overall quality of service for customers.
- Perform second-level support for customer-facing enterprise services and products as escalated by customer-facing functions.
- Conduct training sessions for customer-facing teams on enterprise business products and services as organized across business functions.
- Participate in continual service improvement forums as a technical lead for enterprise products and services on the applications under management.
Educational and Professional Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years’ practical experience working in a busy IT environment.
- Sound knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practices.
Sound working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms. - Proven project management skills and capabilities.
- Practical knowledge and experience in cPanel, Bandwidth Control, and Web/Domain management will be an added advantage.
