Position: Administrative & Business Coordinator

Location: Blantyre

Workforce Recruitment Services seeks to recruit for the following position on behalf of a Client.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between headquarters and Malawi market teams to ensure smooth communication and resource coordination.
  • Review, and manage bidding documents and business contracts, track compliance and fulfillment progress.
  • Organize cross-regional meetings, document discussions, and support marketing events/client visits
  • Compile sales data, market feedback, and administrative reports for management review.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks (travel arrangements, budget claims) and maintain office systems.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English (mandatory);
  • 3+ years in administrative/business coordination, preferably with cross-border or African market experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PPT), familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
  • Strong communication skills, multitasking ability, detail-oriented,
