Position: Administrative & Business Coordinator
Location: Blantyre
Workforce Recruitment Services seeks to recruit for the following position on behalf of a Client.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between headquarters and Malawi market teams to ensure smooth communication and resource coordination.
- Review, and manage bidding documents and business contracts, track compliance and fulfillment progress.
- Organize cross-regional meetings, document discussions, and support marketing events/client visits
- Compile sales data, market feedback, and administrative reports for management review.
- Manage daily administrative tasks (travel arrangements, budget claims) and maintain office systems.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
- Fluent in Chinese and English (mandatory);
- 3+ years in administrative/business coordination, preferably with cross-border or African market experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PPT), familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills, multitasking ability, detail-oriented,
