Nasawa Technical College is a TEVET institution under Ministry of Labour, Skills and Innovation and regulated by the TEVET Authority.

The college is inviting applications to fill positions of Assistant Instructors (Grade K) in the following occupations:

1. Automobile Mechanics (1)
2. General Fitting (1)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting Technical Instructors to teach.
• Preparing schemes of work and lesson plans.
• Arranging for theory and workshop practices.
• Assisting Technical Instructors to maintain students’ discipline and provide counselling.
• Making necessary preparations for practical examinations /assessments.
• Maintaining class registers and students’ progress records.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of a Diploma in the applicable trade or any relevant related occupation. Applicants with Bachelors Degree will have added advantage.
• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse students’ populations.
