Marketing Officer
SUCCESS Automobile Car Hire is a dynamic and fast-growing car hire company committed to delivering reliable vehicle hire services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Officer to join our team.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Car Hire Administration Officer.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote car hire services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
- Manage advertising campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Coordinate promotional events and customer engagement activities.
- Prepare marketing reports and performance analyses for management review.
- Collaborate with the operations and fleet management teams to align marketing initiatives with service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and expenditures.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring feedback and implementing improvement initiatives.
- Perform any other duties as it may be required from time to time.
Qualifications and skills
- Minimum qualification: A Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or Accountancy (in any one of these fields)
- At least two years of practical experience in marketing.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to design and execute marketing campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A valid driver’s license is an added advantage
