RECRUITING 4 AUTO MECHANICS FOR EUROPEAN MODEL TRUCKS & FREIGHTLINERS
We are looking for 4 experienced Auto Mechanics to join our team immediately!
Job Description:
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on European model trucks (Volvo, MAN, Mercedes, Scania) and Freightliners Focus on: Engine repairs (fuel systems, turbochargers, injectors)
- Transmission repairs (manual/automatic gearboxes)
- Brake systems (air brakes, ABS)
- Suspension and steering repairs
- Use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical issues
- Collaborate with electricians for truck electrical/mechanical interfaces
- Test vehicles post-repair and ensure roadworthiness
Requirements:
- Malawi T3/T4 Trade Test Certificate in Automotive Mechanics
- Minimum 5 years experience working on European model trucks and Freightliners
- Expert in truck mechanical systems
- Computer literacy (diagnostic software)
- Valid Driver’s License (Manual)
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
