RECRUITING 2 ELECTRICIANS FOR EUROPEAN MODEL TRUCKS & FREIGHTLINERS
We are looking for 2 experienced Electricians to join our team immediately.
Job Description:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems on European model trucks (e.g. Volvo, MAN, Mercedes, Scania) and Freightliner trucks
- Use diagnostic tools/software to troubleshoot issues with engine control units (ECUs), sensors, wiring, and CAN bus systems
- Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of truck electrical systems
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams/schematics
- Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced workshop environment
- Collaborate with mechanics and other technicians to ensure efficient repairs
- Keep accurate records of work done and parts used
Requirements:
- Malawi T3/T4 Trade Test Certificate in Automotive Electrical/Electronics
- Minimum 5 years experience working on European model trucks and Freightliners
- Expert in diagnostic systems for truck electrical systems
- Computer literacy (diagnostic software)
- Valid Driver’s License (Manual)
- Ability to read wiring and schematics
