SENIOR RETAIL MANAGER
Balaka Beef (Demeter Farm Ltd) – Lilongwe
Balaka Beef is seeking an experienced Senior Retail Manager to lead operations across its three retail outlets in Lilongwe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee retail operations, inventory, logistics, and customer deliveries.
- Lead and develop outlet teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale customers.
- Ensure quality, hygiene, and operational standards are met.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 4-5 years’ experience in meat processing, abattoir, or meat production operations.
- Experience managing multiple retail outlets.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel.
