EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT VACANCY

Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the CEO’s Office. The ideal candidate will operate with a high level of professionalism, exercise sound judgement, and anticipate executive needs in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- A strong faith in Jesus Christ, and a calling to this ministry.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives,
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and multitasking capabilities with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure
- A Degree in business administration or any relevant field.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective time management
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and logistics, including high-level meetings, travel arrangements, ad itineraries
- Prepare and coordinate high-quality briefing materials, reports, presentations, and correspondence with strict confidentiality and accuracy
- Serve as a key point of contact and liaison between the CEO, leadership team, and internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate Board meetings, executive commies, leadership retreats, and strategic planning sessions, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to critical matters
- Organize and manage executive events, including offsite meetings, conferences, and organisation functions
- Maintain efficient filing systems, records management, and document control to ensure accessibility and version accuracy
- Anticipate executive needs, proactively resolve issues, and support decision-making through effective information management
