Community Agribusiness Partners (CAP) formerly known as the Clinton Development Initiative (CDI) is looking for a reliable and experienced driver to join its team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate organization vehicles safely and in full compliance with traffic laws and regulations
- Transport passengers or goods to designated locations on time.
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate vehicle log sheets and related documentation
- Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of the vehicle.
The position requires the following education, training, skills, and certifications:
- Malawi School Certificate of Education
- Defensive Driving Certificate
- Basic computer skills
- Possession of a valid C1 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 5 years of proven driving experience
- Experience working in an NGO setting especially with farming communities, is a plus
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
- Strong driving and navigation skills
