Sun ‘n’ Sand Holiday Resort is looking for qualified and well experienced personnel to fill positions in Mangochi as follows;
HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISORS
Minimum qualification and experience required
- Certificate in Hotel Management or its equivalent
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience managing accommodation facilities with 200 or more rooms
PLANT MECHANIC
Abilities
Strong competence and sound knowledge in fault diagnosis, servicing and maintenance of heavy construction plant machinery including Front End Loaders, Excavators, Backhoe Loaders, Graders, Dozers, Tractors and Bomag equipment
Minimum qualification and experience required
- TEVET Level 3 Certificate or its equivalent
- A minimum of three (3) years hands-on experience in a busy working environment
OPERATIONS OFFICER
Abilities
- Proven ability to manage a fleet of vehicles
- Good technical knowledge of vehicles and plant machinery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
Minimum qualification and experience required
Diploma in Transport & Logistics or its equivalent
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a busy working environment
SECURITY OFFICER
Requirements
- Background in the Police Service or the Army
- No criminal record and must be of sober habits, physically fit and capable of managing a security team of up to fifty (50) personnel
- Ability to organize and conduct regular training sessions and parades for the security team
- Strong investigative skills with excellent communication abilities
