G4S Secure Solutions (Malawi) Limited
Main purpose of the position:
To facilitate all frontline development and training programs in support of all the business lines in the central region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering basic security officer training
- Administering refresher training programs
- Administering employee onboarding/induction programs
- Planning and coordination of training activities
- Producing monthly training reports
- Assisting ad-hoc training projects
Requirements (Qualifications and Experience):
- Relevant tertiary qualification and certification
- Malawi School Certificate of Education
- Those with relevant certification in Security Management will have an added advantage
- Minimum of 2 years experience
Skills and Attributes
- Must be highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision
- Be of sober habits
- Good communication skills (written and spoken english)
- Should have a high sense of maturity and willingness to work odd hours.

- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Must be proficient and conversant with Microsoft office packages and google workspace and be able to operate other relevant appliances i.e. printers, scanners, cameras and projectors.
