Job Description
- Supporting day-to-day project coordination activities and follow up on action items.
- Preparing meeting agendas, take minutes, and track decisions and deliverables.
- Supporting project documentation, including project charters, reports, and presentations.
- Assisting in monitoring project progress and flagging risks or delays to the Manager.
- Coordinating communication between project team members and stakeholders.
- Assisting in compiling project status reports for management review.
- Perform any other project-related duties as assigned.
