Raiply Malawi Limited is a wood processing and manufacturing company and its Head Office is situated 80km from city of Mzuzu. Raiply Malawi Limited is inviting application letters from suitably qualified persons to be considered for the position that has fallen vacant.
LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
Personnel specification
- 30 to 45 years old.
- Minimum of 5 years experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Good knowledge of computers, SATAS, MBS and ISO Standards.
- Ability to work in a team
- Good problem solving skills
- Willing to work during odd hours
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of a Diploma in Chemistry from a recognized institution of higher learning. Those with a BSC Degree in Chemistry will have an added advantage.
DUTIES
- Conducting laboratory experiments with the view of improving quality of manufactured wood products.
- Preparing samples of plywood, timber, glue etc.
- Ensuring safety of laboratory equipment.
- Writing reports to management.
- Any other duties assigned to do from time to time.
