Job Overview

INFLO Limited is seeking a Finance Officer to oversee and manage the company’s accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the accounting system is fully functional and up to date, prepare accurate financial statements, maintain compliance with tax regulations, manage stock records, and provide financial guidance to management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update financial records using appropriate software tools
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including transaction recording, invoice processing, and managing debtor/creditor accounts.
  • Ensure full tax compliance by preparing and filing VAT, WHT, PAYE, FBT, and other statutory returns.
  • Manage stock movements and conduct periodic stock reconciliations.
  • Provide financial analysis, guidance, and weekly debtor collections reports to management.
  • Collaborate with team members and promote continuous improvement within the finance department.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting, those pursuing a professional accounting qualification, e.g. ACCA, CIMA, or CA, will have an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance role in a private sector company
  • Familiarity with accounting software packages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Member of ICAM
