KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver effective and engaging lessons in line with the Cambridge Primary Curriculum, integrating MANEB requirements where applicable.
• Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, assessments, and learner progress reports.
• Monitor, assess, and support pupils’ academic and personal development.
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in school meetings, co-curricular activities, and professional development programmes.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding learner progress.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Degree in Primary Education or a related field.
• Recognised teaching qualification registered with the relevant authority.
• Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience, preferably in a private school.
• Experience with the Cambridge Curriculum is a strong added advantage.
• Knowledge of the MANEB syllabus is essential.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
