MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
PBM Group Limited, a diversified Malawian group operating through PBM Construction Company Limited and SteeCon Limited, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Management Accountant.
The Group operates in construction, civil engineering, water supply and borehole drilling, refurbishment of corporate, public and private infrastructure, iron sheet manufacturing, ready-mix concrete supply, concrete blocks and cement-based products, steel fabrication, and civil engineering laboratory services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of monthly and annual management accounts
- Lead financial reporting and audit processes
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Project-based financial analysis
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Maintenance of accounting records using QuickBooks
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- ACCA, CIMA, or CPA (completed or advanced stage)
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant experience
- Strong financial reporting and audit experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
