Role Description
This is a contract role for a Service Project Manager located in Blantyre, and it is an on-site position. The Service Project Manager will oversee and manage service delivery, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively. The role involves maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, coordinating service delivery processes, and managing customer relationships. The Service Project Manager will liaise with internal teams to meet project requirements and service quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Service Delivery Management, Service Delivery, and IT Service Management
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate across teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, IT, or Engineering
- Familiarity with ICT infrastructure, or related industries is an added advantage
