Heavy Plant & Equipment Operators & Site Personnel
A reputable construction company is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following positions:
- Plant & Equipment Operators
- Excavator Operators – 2 Positions
- Excavator Hammer Operator – 1 Position
- Front Roller Operator – 1 Position
- Dozer Operator – 1 Position
- Front Loader Operator – 1 Position
- Grader Operator – 1 Position
- Tipper Truck Drivers – 4 Positions
- Water Bowser Driver – 1 Position
- Lowbed Driver/Operator – 1 Position
Site Personnel
- Foreman – Civil Works (1 Position)
- Health & Safety Officer (1 Position)
- Chinese Interpreter (1 Position).
Minimum Requirements
Foreman – Civil Works:
- Minimum 5 years of experience supervising civil engineering works (roads, drainage, excavations, concrete works, earthworks).
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and site procedures.
- Ability to coordinate labour, plant and subcontractors.
- Proven ability to maintain quality control and enforce safety standards.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Health & Safety Officer:
- Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience.
- Familiarity with OSHA standards and construction safety regulations.
- Experience conducting toolbox talks, risk assessments, and incident reporting.
Chinese Interpreter:
- Proficiency in Chinese and English.
- Experience interpreting in engineering or construction environments is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
Plant & Equipment Operators/Drivers:
- Valid and appropriate operating licence.
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience.
- Ability to perform basic maintenance and operate safely.
- Understanding of site safety procedures.
