VACANCY: PROPERTY MANAGER

Ndumundu Properties is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the operations of a lively shopping mall with 50 commercial shops in Lilongwe. The role requires a proactive, disciplined, and self-motivated individual with strong administrative, financial, and tenant-management skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily mall operations, tenant relations, and leasing activities.
  • Oversee rent collection, cashbook management, and financial record-keeping.
  • Supervise security, cleaning, and maintenance teams.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and service provider activities.
  • Implement marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain tenants.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in property or facilities management.
  • Valid Malawi driver’s license.
  • Strong bookkeeping, administration, sales, and communication skills.
  • Age 30-45 years.
