Press Agriculture Limited invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates with hands on practical experience for the following positions tenable in its various operating areas: –

ESTATE MANAGERS

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum Degree in Agriculture with at least 5 years of working experience in a similar position within a busy farming environment.
• Be a self-starter with excellent knowledge in crop husbandry (agronomy), irrigation, livestock, and Farm Management.
• Knowledge and experience in operating and managing center pivots will be an added advantage.
• Must have good knowledge of seed maize and soyabean production.
• Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a large labour force.
• Must be able to maintain accurate farm records meticulously.
• Must be of high integrity, honest, mature, energetic, and hard working.
• Must be willing to live and work in remote rural areas;
• Must be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
