Serendib Group of Hotels is looking for vibrant, strong and highly professional individuals to take up the following position:
HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in housekeeping supervision within a hotel of similar size or larger.
- Ability to manage room readiness, inspections, laundry operations, and overall cleanliness standards for 50 rooms.
- Strong organizational and team leadership skills to ensure daily productivity, checklists, and SOP compliance.
- Experience in controlling inventory, linen costs, amenity stock, and ensuring minimal wastage.
- Commitment to achieving high guest satisfaction scores, prompt response to room issues, and maintaining brand standards.
- Must be a holder of a Diploma or Certificate from a recognized hospitality institution.
