Serendib Group of Hotels is looking for vibrant, strong and highly professional individuals to take up the following position:
FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
- Minimum 5 years’ F&B supervisory or management experience in hotel restaurants, bars, or banquet operations.
- Strong background in menu planning, cost control, stock management, and supplier coordination.
- Ability to lead and train F&B staff to ensure consistent service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Experience in implementing SOPs, hygiene standards, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Proven record of improving F&B revenue, upselling performance, and guest experience ratings.
- Must be a holder of a Diploma or Certificate from a recognized hospitality institution.
