As a flagship branch serving diverse and high-value clientele, we are seeking exceptional talent— both internal and external-who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and delivering outstanding banking experiences.

Key Responsibilities

The Retail Development Executive will be responsible for:

1. Driving Sales Growth

  • Conducting proactive outbound sales to acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) customers.
  • Growing CASA portfolios through targeted acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Upselling and cross selling the full suite of bank products to meet customer needs and maximize wallet share.

2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Building strong, value-adding relationships to create referral opportunities.
  • Engaging customers to reactivate dormant accounts and deepen existing relationships.
  • Supporting the branch in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Digitization & Innovation

  • Promoting and driving customer migration to digital banking channels.
  • Supporting branch initiatives aimed at increasing digital adoption and usage.

4. Service Excellence

  • Providing world-class customer service in line with First Capital Bank standards.
  • Responding to customer queries within agreed turnaround times and ensuring resolution.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administra-tion, Banking, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, or retail banking is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environ-ment.
  • High level of integrity, initiative, and commitment to service excellence.
