Position Purpose
This role is responsible for implementing and overseeing contracted security personnel, ensuring adherence to agreed processes and procedures that safeguard personnel, tobacco products, company assets, and information, in line with JTI policies and guidelines.
What will you do: Responsibilities
- Support the Security Manager to ensure contracted security agents deliver adequate, timely services at all JTILM sites.
- Conduct pre-occupation security surveys/assessments and Security audits for new sites, accommodations, and event locations; implement measures to mitigate identified risks.
- Report incidents requiring police action, follow cases through to court, process police reports and rulings promptly, and obtain case files for company records.
- Report all incidents on JTILM sites to the Security Manager and ensure corrective actions are in place to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct security investigations which may be assigned by the Security Manager.
- Supporting security manager in dealing with Crisis situations.
- Responsible for reviewing and or helping in drafting all local security policies and procedures.
- Support the Security Manager with Financial and Budgetary planning and security contracts management.
What are we looking for: Requirements
- University degree or equivalent which could be exceptional experience and achievement.
- At least 5 year(s)’ military, law enforcement or intelligence experience, or private sector corporate security experience.
- Strong Computer literacy that including all Microsoft Office and knowledge of CCTV and Access control system.
- Proven leadership Skills, Risk and Crisis Management basic financial and budgetary knowledge.
- Good professional security network
- English and any local language.
