LifeCo Asset Management Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. If you’re passionate about numbers, compliance, and contributing to a purpose-driven organization, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end payment process efficiently and accurately
- Handle accounts payables and receivables, ensuring timely reconciliation
- Prepare financial reports and assist in expense tracking
- File tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations
- Uphold accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
- Support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records
Qualifications & Experience:
- A university degree in Accountancy, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
- Progress toward ACCA or CIMA certification is an added advantage
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy accounts office
- Experience in insurance accounting is a plus
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and organizational skills
