K-2 Transformers is a leading company specializing in the supply, repair, and servicing of electrical transformers.

Position Summary

The candidate should have extensive experience in global markets and strong capabilities in internet marketing.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinating office operations and administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Managing social media platforms eg YouTube, Social media etc
  • Preparing reports, letters, and internal communications.
  • Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for management
  • Supporting HR functions, including recruitment, staff attendance, and leave records

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Certificate or equivalent skills in graphic programs (Adobe Photoshop, CS6, etc.)
  • Ability to type more than 150 characters per minute
  • Ability to create and edit pictures/videos
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
