Commissioned Sales Agents tenable in Blantyre, Zomba, Mangochi, Lilongwe, Kasungu and Mzuzu.

Successful candidates will be reporting directly to their sales Managers.

Key Result Areas and work descriptions:

• Provide advice in line with the customer value proposition & compliance framework.
• Develop, track and review business plans and meet individual performance targets.
• Work in specific allocated markets.
• Sell the company’s specific range of products.

Requirements for the role:

Tertiary qualification, preferably in Insurance, Marketing or Business Management. Those that possess sales experience and teaching expertise will have an added advantage.
