• Lead ESS technical and control room teams.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and incident management.
• Manage SOC tools and ensure system uptime.
• Drive continuous improvement in technology and performance.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical supervisory or leadership role.
