Job Introduction:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys for new installations, upgrades, and relocation of security systems.
- Plan and install all ESS products, including Panic, Intrusion alarms, Access control, CCTV,Electric Fences, Fire Detection systems, Vehicle and Personnel tracking systems.
- Assess the use of resources such as cables and other accessories on maintenance and installation works.
- Effectively deploy and control the use of vehicles for installation jobs.
- Manage daily activities of installation & maintenance teams.
- Manage tools and equipment inventory for teams.
- Plan security systems work based on customer reports, control room generated reports, and routine maintenance schedules.
- Manage system configurations and explain functionality to teams and system owners.
- Ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Performance management including objective settings and KPI agreements with juniors .
Key Competencies:
- Effective organization, planning and time management skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills
- High sense of maturity and willingness to work during odd hours.
- Must be organized and able to work with minimal supervision
- Be of sober habits
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken English
- Vast knowledge in IDS, Omni, Paradox, Hikvision, ZKteco and many more electronic security products.
- Those with a valid drivers’ license will have an added advantage.
