- Experience in a reconciliation-focused role using automated tools or systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities
- Identify discrepancies and variances in control accounts such as cash and bank, conduct investigations and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
- Stakeholder management that includes maintaining a register of authorized bank accounts and respective signatories.
- Support the month-end close process by preparing necessary reconciliations and documenting findings.
- Maintain organized records of reconciliations and provide insights to improve reconciliation processes.
- Daily Treasury Management.
- Provision of Daily Bank balances Report
- Monitoring liquidity levels in all operations bank accounts to manage float adequacy.
- Withholding Tax receivable administration and filling.
- Assets Management (fixed Assets, Inventory Management and staff debtors). Lease Accounting in line with IFRS16.
- Preparation of Management Accounts’ audit Schedules.
