Reporting to: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
Role: Fixed Term
POSITION PURPOSE
The role is responsible for supporting Financial Planning and Reporting (FP&R) activities, including the analysis of financial and non-financial data to inform planning and reporting processes. It also involves maintaining accurate product costing and ensuring that tobacco valuation aligns with company policies and standards.
WHAT WILL YOU DO: RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product cost planning and execution of monthly closing steps.
- Support in Annual Strategic Plans and forecasts for all planning cycles.
- Verify SAP postings to ensure the correct GL Account and Cost Center align with the budget and make corrections to maintain data integrity.
- Prepare various financial reports monthly.
- Maintain (SAP) data and ensure adherence to baseline internal controls to achieve compliance
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR: REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or external audit.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in both written and verbal skill
