VACANCY: BRANCH MANAGER
Stuttafords International Removals, a member of the SGI Group headquartered in Harare, Zimbabwe, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead and oversee its Malawi branch operations.
We are a trusted name in international moving and relocation services, and we are looking for a results oriented professional to drive operational excellence and business growth in our Malawi operations.
Position: Branch Manager – Stuttafords International Malawi
Reporting to: Group Head Office, Harare – SGI Group
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all operational and administrative functions of the Malawi branch
- Lead and develop the branch team to deliver high-quality services
- Ensure compliance with international logistics standards and company policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners globally
- Drive business development and maintain profitability of the branch
- Monitor and report on branch performance, budgets, and targets.
Qualification and Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in international logistics or freight forwarding
- Experience in household goods international moving will be a strong advantage
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
