DIVISION MANAGER – PEOPLE AND CULTURE

Reporting to The Head of Corporate Services, the incumbent will have the overall responsibility of championing the formulation, implementation and monitoring of the Company’s human resources strategy as well as overseeing the provision of the full range of HR services across the entire Company, in alignment with the Company’s Strategic Business Plan.

Specifically, the key performance areas for the position include, but not limited to:

  • HR strategy formulation, implementation and monitoring;
  • Recruitment and selection management;
  • Performance Management;
  • Rewards, Remuneration and benefits management;
  • Talent Management;
  • Training and Staff development;
  • Industrial relations;
  • Championing Staff Wellness programs;
  • Formulation of and continuously updating staff policies and procedures;

To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate should possess the following attributes, inter alia:

  • A Master’s degree in Human Resources Management obtained from any University recognized by NCHE;
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience gained in a commercially oriented, service and labour intensive industry, is desirable;
  • Hands on experience of balanced scorecard methodology of performance management will be a distinct advantage;
  • Possess desired key skill sets of HR, IT, Finance and Trainer
  • A person of high moral standards and ethical conduct;
  • Self-starter;
  • Positive attitude;
  • A team player.
