Job Description

To provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer needs, managing expectations and providing solutions including directing customers to the correct channel in adherence to procedural, productivity and quality standards. Has a good understanding of products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Log and track customer complaints to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and service level agreements.
  • Ensure Customers are provided with timely feedback in regard to complaints and queries.
  • Monitor official complaints and queries channels to ensure that complaints and queries are attended to.
  • Assist walk in clients by providing product and service information and resolving complaints.
  • Collect, analyze and interpret customer feedback to identify valuable information in optimizing customer experience.
  • Monitor the performance of internal processes and systems and provide recommendations to management.
  • Generate weekly and monthly customer service reports.
