Job Description

Provides specialist knowledge and executes account development strategies and sales business plans in order to achieve medium-sized sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and secure new business for Old Mutual and acting on leads and taking initiative.
  • Maintain and grow portfolio entrusted to me.
  • Liaise with Pension Administrators to ensure flawless service to clients.
  • Liaise with the Malawi Revenue Authority (Commissioner of Taxes) on contractual documents and legal issue relating to the pension business.
  • Communicating, Counselling of individual members of pension funds on retirement, withdrawal and beneficiaries/dependants on death of a member.
  • Produce and report on work volumes and status.
  • Production of contractual documents, rate review implementation and improvement of internal environment to achieve best client service.
  • Liaise with our Human Resources Department on issues relating to Labour Laws which may directly or indirectly affect the administration of Pension Schemes.
