Position Overview
TRUE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accounts Officer to manage the complete lifecycle of grants, from pre-award to close-out while ensuring compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership in grant administration, financial oversight, cash flow forecasting and donor reporting. Additionally, the Senior Accounts Officer will lead the finance department in enhancing organizational sustainability through effective management of funds.
