Agrivest Limited, a leading agribusiness in Malawi, is seeking 3 dedicated and hardworking candidates to join our team. The successful candidates must be willing to live and work in a rural location and will play a key role in supporting our farm operations.
Macadamia Field Section Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Certificate/Diploma in Agriculture or related field (an advantage).
- Previous experience supervising field teams in agriculture, horticulture, or plantation crops.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work and live in a rural farm location.
- Knowledge of macadamia orchard management will be an added advantage.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervision of field teams in all orchard operations, including pruning, planting, weeding, and fertilizer application
- Ensuring field activities are carried out efficiently and according to company standards.
- Monitoring productivity and reporting progress to management.
- Maintaining discipline and performance within the field team.
